Kate has a passion for working with communities and across neighbourhoods, having previously worked on a number of Neighbourhood Renewal initiatives and as a Senior Housing Manager for Birmingham City Council.

Kate’s interest is in developing excellent services while maintaining a strong community focus in the way those services are delivered. She believes passionately in the importance of involving people in finding the solutions to local challenges.

Kate is a keen walker and a regular bus-user. Whenever possible, she enjoys stretching her legs further with long country walks. She is a willing slave to 3 demanding cats – and you can follow her on twitter @KateJFoley
