Janine is a self-employed anti-social behaviour (ASB) trainer and consultant. She works with housing providers, councils, and police forces, assisting them in developing their ASB services

Janine also acts as a lay member for several regulatory and judicial bodies, including the 1st Tier Property Tribunal (Scotland), the Nursing and Midwifery Council Fitness to Practise Committee and the Bar Tribunal and Adjudication Service.

Janine is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing’s Professional Standards Committee and a board member for Women in Social Housing (Midlands).
