Fern has worked in Housing since 1999 and has specialised in Income Management since 2004. She currently works Freelance for Registered Providers. Fern is also an Advocate for people who require legal and welfare guidance for benefit tribunals and court proceedings for rent/mortgage arrears along with family issues. She’s a Business mentor and has assisted people to stay in business, open a business and to start publishing a book. Fern is also on the Board for 2 other community organisations.
