What patch does my home come under?

We carry out Estate Walkabouts to talk about any issues, concerns and or improvements to different areas of the estate with our Tenant Scrutiny Panel.

To make sure that each area of Castle Vale gets the attention it needs, we’ve given sections of the estate specific ‘patch’ names.

Each Pioneer home, whether it’s a house, flat or tower block, comes under a certain patch name and has a designated Neighbourhood Officer.

Your Neighbourhood Officer can offer you advice and guidance, should you have any issues or concerns.

Below we’ve broken down our neighbourhood patches so that you can see who your Officer is and which walkabouts you should attend.

Patches

If you live on the following roads, your patch is Maxwell and your Neighbourhood Officer is Jade:

If you live on the following roads, your patch is Fairclough and your Neighbourhood Officer is Juliet:

If you live on the following roads, your patch is Henshaw and your Neighbourhood Officer is Colin:

If you live on the following roads, your patch is Sowrey and your Neighbourhood Officer is Fran:

Tower Blocks

Whittle Croft and the two tower blocks, Chivenor House and Topcliffe House, are part of a patch. However, we have designated a Neighbourhood Officer for each block to ensure safety and comfortability within these communal blocks.

Whittle Croft sits within Maxwell Patch and the Neighbourhood Officer for this is Colin.

Topcliffe House also sits within Maxwell Patch, but the Neighbourhood Officer for this is Fran.

Chivenor House belongs to Henshaw Patch and the Neighbourhood Officer for this is Juliet.
