The Pioneer Group has appointed M&BG Ltd as its new cleaning services provider. M&BG was awarded the multi-year contract following a competitive tendering process. 106 low-rise blocks, two high-rise blocks, two shelter schemes, two office buildings, and two houses in multiple occupation owned by The Pioneer Group will be cleaned by the service provider.
As part of the tender process, MB&G underwent a presentation and interview process. Irfan Mehboob, Estate Services Manager at The Pioneer Group said:
We were impressed with M&BG’s high quality service provision, its ability to mobilise a contract of this size on an ongoing basis. We review our contracts on a regular basis to ensure that our tenants are getting the best value. It is important to keep our shared and open spaces clean and looking presentable for our residents and M&BG has demonstrated through its track record with similar organisations that it can fulfil those needs.
M&BG Ltd will take over from former cleaning services provider, Ideal Cleaning from August 15th 2022.

As a commercial multi-service maintenance and cleaning services provider, it specialises in gutter cleaning for schools, housing associations, retail parks, hospitals, care homes. Its two offices are based in Birmingham and Loughborough.
