Castle Vale Community Housing (CVCH) is a community-led organisation where the customer and community is at the heart of everything we do and we have a strong resident majority board who hold us to account.

We provide high quality housing services to ensure that Castle Vale continues to be the popular and successful neighbourhood it has become. We offer services to more than 2,400 properties within Castle Vale and take great pride in the work that we do with not only the properties themselves but the neighbourhood around them.
